Recognized Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking a regional executive manager for their Austin operation.  Candidates will be responsible for all profit and loss aspects of this multi state operation involving all disciplines including claims, underwriting, loss control, operations etc.  This is a true regional management position reporting to home office.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years experience in Property and Casualty Insurance
• A minimum of 7 years experience in underwriting or marketing management on the insurance carrier side
• Strong agency relationships with agents throughout Texas
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong track record for results in field management setting
• Strong technical and insurance business savvy
• 4 year college degree.  Professional insurance designations are a plus
