This is a leadership role that is responsible for the P&L and driving profitable growth of environmental business on a national scale.  The primary focus of this role is to lead the Environmental business efforts for the organization with regard to Environmental insurance.  This includes working specifically with environmental customers and product development groups to ensure proper growth and development of the Environmental insurance division.  The individual in this role must have significant experience underwriting, brokering or consulting in the business of environmental insurance – strong leadership experience/management experience is required.

This role is accountable for developing profit center strategy, implementing action plans and monitoring performance.  This role works closely with a variety of clients, customers and across the organization with other executives.  This person is also an “expert” in the environmental industry and represents the insurance carrier at all public meetings, associations, events, etc, regarding their environmental presence.

• 10+ years of experience with environmental products and in the environmental industry
• 6+ years of significant leadership experience
