Recognized and profitable Excess & Surplus MGA is seeking an experienced production underwriter for their Atlanta operation.  Candidates will be responsible for underwriting a general mixture of E&S accounts.  This company does not write trucking accounts and does not need a truck underwriter.  Candidates could have either casualty or property specialty.  Preference will be given for someone with both. 

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience underwriting E&S business either with a MGA or E&S carrier. 
• Strong marketing and business development skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite products
• A desire to write business
• College degree is preferred.
