Our client is a growing Property and Casualty Insurance company that specializes in business operations processing for P&C Insurance organizations in all arenas including standard carrier, E&S carriers, reinsurers, claims TPAs, general agencies etc.  This position is ground floor career opportunity for someone with minimal experience in insurance.  You will be involved in working with the "back end" operations segment that focuses on premium coding projects for their clients.

Qualifications:

• 4 year college degree
• 1 year experience in a Property and Casualty Insurance organization of any kind
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Enjoy detail work
• Quick learner and good logic skills
• Programming experience is considered a plus
• Desire to grow in your knowledge of insurance and in your career
