Our client is a leading provider of insurance support services, including Actuarial, Competitive Intelligence, Data Services, Management Consulting and Regulatory Compliance.  They are seeking a detailed oriented regulatory compliance professional to join their consulting firm as a Senior Product Design Consultant.  The position could work out of any of the offices mentioned above. 

Responsibilities of the position will include:

• Managing clients and projects
• Reviewing insurance company policies/forms for compliance with state specific requirements
• Drafting insurance company policies/forms
• Performing coverage comparisons of two or more insurance companies policies/forms
• Completing state Departments of Insurance (“DOI”) requirements’ checklists and responding to policy/form interrogatories from the DOI.

 
Qualifications:

• Excellent written, verbal, organizational and computer skills. 
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree.  JD degree preferred.
• 10+ years experience in regulatory compliance and forms development in a Property and Casualty Insurance organization. 
• Prior management experience is preferred. 
• Paralegal experience is a plus
