Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking C# Software Developers for their operations in North Carolina. The Software Developer's role is to write, code, test, and analyze software programs and applications. This includes creating / innovating, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the software development life cycle. The Software Developer will also analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, provide status reports and development estimates where required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in software development for a Property and Casualty Insurance company or broker.
• 4 year college degree in computer science or related degree is preferred.
• Technically fluent in C# development.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server (Schemas, T-SQL, Stored Procedures).
• Working knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Hands-on software troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Microsoft certifications are considered a plus.
