BROKERAGE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - Arkansas

Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance broker is seeking a Operations Director for their agency operations.  Candidates will have management responsibility for the office staff for this well established office. 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a mid sized to large regional Property and Casualty Insurance agency or broker in an operations management role over processing.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations management role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
