If you are a claims professional offering strong knowledge of property and auto claims experience (with emphasis on property claims), this position is worth exploring. The Catastrophe Adjuster will adjust and complete the inspection, evaluation and settlement of catastrophe claim files.

Qualifying Criteria:

• College degree
• At least 7 or more years of increasingly responsible homeowner claims adjusting experience is a must (multi-line experience is preferred)
• Ability to understand and evaluate estimates within the scope of the damages
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Extensive travel
• Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
• Strong time management skills
• Computer literate in a Windows based environment required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and MSB (IntegriClaim)
• Demonstrated experience with estimating programs preferred
• Must be willing to work irregular hours and travel with overnight requirements.
• Must be available for extended and/or non-standard hours as well as being “On Call” (24/7) during peak season as required.
• Additional CAT pay available during large catastrophe events
