Non Standard Auto Insurance carrier is seeking a Claims Manager for their Memphis office.  Candidates will be responsible for a staff of 4 supervisors and 28 claim reps handling high energy non standard auto claims.  This position requires excellent management skills, as well as good technical claim and communications skills.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years experience handling heavy bodily injury claims, preferably with at least 1 year in non standard personal auto claims.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervision and management with a carrier or TPA, preferably involving a non standard auto department.
• Strong leadership and claim analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple supervisors and adjusters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
