COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - OKLAHOMA CITY

Growing property and casualty insurance agency has a need for a commercial account manager for their Oklahoma City office.  The Account Manager / CSR provides customer service for an assigned book of business containing Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Accounts by acting as a liaison between the insurance company, the producer and the client.  You will work on a wide variety of commercial accounts, including high profile organizations in the city.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering and preparation of information necessary to complete applications.
  • Collect and analyze information and select all available markets for insurance submissions
  • Comprehensive review of all quotations including policy forms, endorsements and premiums.
  • Prepare applications, submissions, proposals and coverage summaries for insurance placements.
  • Gathering and preparation of renewal information from the client.
  • Collect and analyze information and select all available markets for insurance submissions if re-marketing is required.
  • Comprehensive review of all quotations including policy forms, endorsements and premiums.
  • Preparation of applications, submissions, proposals and coverage summaries including comparison between expiring and renewal quotations.
  • Communication with both the producer and existing and/or prospective client throughout the above processes.
  • Process Endorsements, and Cancellations as requested by clients or insurance companies.
  • Support claim management/coordination as required
  • Routinely exercise discretion and independent judgment and make knowledgeable decisions with respect to general business operations.
  • Presence at the Agency office during workday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic computer keyboarding skills
  • Proficient knowledge of AMS (Agency Management System) software a plus.
  • 3+ years of commercial lines customer service experience.
  • Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in the State of Oklahoma.
