BRANCH MANAGER - Southern US

Recognized Property and Casualty Insurance broker is seeking a Branch Manager for their Southern US operation.  Candidates will be responsible for the P&L for this branch location including service, sales and operations.  The successful candidate will be currently or recently employed in general manager role in retail P&C brokerage operation generating more than $10MM in revenue. 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a large regional or national P&C Insurance retail brokerage operation
  • 4 year college degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven track record for profitably managing and growing a brokerage operation
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
